Created a Pipeline for different models. AdaBoost gave the highest accuracy of 90%.
Dataset was extracted from the web using Beautiful Soup and Requests libraries. Performed Hyper Parameter Tuning using RandomizedSearchCV for Random Forest resulting in an R2 score of 84%.
Developed models using Naïve-Bayes, Count Vectorizer, and TF-IDF. F1 Score of 92% achieved using Naïve-Bayes.
CatBoost performed the best with 93% accuracy. Visualized plots to find out the features with highest impact on customer satisfaction.
